Turn the heat to low. Add NorQuin Brand Quinoa right out of the package into the butter and mix well. Add the sugar, salt and warm milk. Stir slowly until the quinoa starts to thicken. Remove from heat. Add the well-beaten eggs and baking soda and cinnamon. Mix well and place in a casserole dish. Bake in a 325F oven for 1 hour.
