An informal 'poll' just for fun (hit reply and answer to the list):

Which do you prefer when you eat pickles sweet or sour?

Me, I'm a sour pickle gal - prefer the very sour and spicy onions traditionally

served with

bread and cheese ;-)

You???

Best love, Pat

Sour! (I am eating some lemon pickled cabbage with lunch right now.) But

let's not forget those wonderful, spicey Indian pickles either.

Sour, dill, and/or spicy. I make my own sans salt.

Sour/dill/garlic... Not much on sweet pickles.

Gosh, I haven't had a pickle in years. I know they're really low in

calories, but aren't they on the 'bad' list because of all the sodium? Of

course, that doesn't stop me from eating olives and pretzels. I guess I

just don't like pickles all that much.

If I had to choose, however, it would be a sour dill pickle.

So's sugar a baddie :-) Pickles? Sure, in excess (and even for some people at

all) but hey I

simply asked which people preferred - I wasn't advocating a meal of them LOL

I don't like sweet pickles, but I do like dill. When I was a kid, I

could eat the whole jar of dill pickles, and then I'd drink the

juice. Now, I just like 'em on sandwiches.........my daughter does

the same thing I did, eating all and drinking the juice. Must be

hereditary.

Wow,

I used to do that when I was just a little kid. The story is that I was

sitting on the floor in the kitchen finishing off a jar of dills when my

father came home and I said my first sentence, " Hi Daddy. "
