I'd say the best thing I've made lately would have to be sweet & sour tofu with vegetables we made last week. Was very flavorful and the sauce turned out great. Last night we made tofu caccitore which was pretty tasty too. Have broccoli tofu with 5 spice, and pad thai on the menu for this week.
