Best love, Pat KALE WITH APRICOTS AND RAISINS (VEGAN) 1 Tbsp olive oil (or less) 1 onion, chopped /4 cup dried apricots, chopped and soaked in boiling wataer for 20 minutes 1/4 cup raisins, soaked in boiling water for 20 minutes 1 bunch of kale, chopped juice of half a lime salt to taste Saute chopped onion in olive oil. Add plumped fruit. Add kale. Sprinkle lime juice over all. Toss around untilsoftened a smidge. Sprinkle with salt. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
