Black Bean Brownies

Are you for real with your lack of good manners?

 

For anyone else wondering, I made these years ago during a brief Weight

Watchers' stint, and they are really very good. I've had to give up gluten

so I can't make these anymore. Darn.

Thanks, Jeanne - now that we know (not that we didn't trust Tina's friend, but

she isn't on

this list!) that the recipe works, it has now been added to our Files. ;-)

FWIW, I have made chocolate brownies with garbanzo beans

and a spice cake with lentils. Both very successfully!
