Guest guest
So, for those on a diet...how is your progress coming along? I lost 1.2 pounds this past week for a total of 19.4 so far. Have a great day everyone! It's raining here but that didn't stop us from going to the farmers market after our WW meeting! Cindi
Guest guest
Unfortunately for me I haven't lost much of anything. Well they say patience is a virtue, hopefully I will start going down in weight soon. Guest guest
Great job Cindi. I think it would help me if some people would post their food journal. Guest guest
Thanks Zen. Well...on our menu for today is a corn omelet for brunch (eggs, corn, smoked mozzarella) and then spanish rice & beans, made in the slow cooker, for dinner. The omelet works out to about 8 points and the rice & beans is 7points per serving. Since we always have a hard time waiting for the slow cooker, I thought I'd make us a nice filling brunch to hold us over while the rice & beans cook and make our house smell yummy! We usually don't have 2 higher point meals in a day but it's nice to have a good breakfast every now & then. Cindi zen white <zenbaby7 wrote: Great job Cindi. Guest guest
Hi Judy ~ I have times when I dont' feel/see any progress either but then a week later, I feel it. I just keep plugging along as I know I am at least eating better if not seeing dramatic weight loss like I'd like.
