To those that voted...thank you!

 

Sounds like we have a pretty reasonable/logical group here with exercise,

portion control, plenty of water and realistic goals being the top vote getters

for what we feel is the most important aspect of our weight loss journeys.

I guess I was one of these folks. I am following a mild

form of CRON (Calorie Restriction with Optimum Nutrition).

And a loose 90% adherence to the Eat To Live program by

Dr. Joel Fuhrman. You can find a link to the Calorie

Restriction Society on the right-hand side of my blog.

Also, in the Books page, I provide further reading for

these two lifestyles.

I am doing the YOU on a diet it is fantastic. There are a lot of options

available and it is a whole grain high fiber way to go. Just totally healthy

eating.
