Whoops, nearly forgot again :)

Actually, it's all a bit repetitious from me, isn't it. Breakfast varies little

(except for what fruit I have on hand) and the evening meal right now

seems to be soup with bread or toast. Still, here goes, keeping in the

spirit of things:

My Regime is v.low fat (no fat added) vegan, no refined carbs, Barnard-like

diet.

Breakfast:

Yup, ca. 1/4 cup steel-cut oats, soaked overnight, with raisins, chopped

apple, flaxseed, wheatgerm, stevia, rice milk. 1/2 banana.

Lunch:

1/3 cup red-lentil dhal (made fat-free)

1/3 cup basmati rice

steamed green beans, cut in 1/4-inch rounds and spiced with coriander, chiles,

etc.

Snack - not really a snack intentionally, but when my husband's banana bread

came

out of the oven we had to do a Quality Control thingie LOL (It passed!)

1/2 slice banana bread

Evening Meal:

Homemade Borscht with 1 tsp vegan sour creme garnish

1 slice homemade wholewheat bread

We are inordinately fond of borscht here, for reasons unknown to us (it's not as

if

either of us was brought up with it, although maybe THAT is the reason!) and

even

though there is 1 serving left in the fridge for tonight, my dh and I panicked

and

made another pot of it. Very good it should be too.

Love, Pat

Hi Ralph :) Yup, that's the Pat, all right! Was once sole owner, after Laura our

Founder left,

and, after some charming dancing and clever pirouettes, the group now has Cindi

as co-

owner with me and Piers and Haras as moderators.

Where've ya been, my friend? Hope all is well with you. Take care!

Love, Pat
