Guest guest Posted April 29, 2007 Report Share Posted April 29, 2007 Long time lurker, first time poster. breakfast - Go Lean Crunch with soy milk snack - apple lunch - sandwich with whole grain and flax bread, thinly sliced carrots, green onions, tomatoes, mixed field greens, roasted red peppers, sliced almonds, a thin layer of hummus on one side and pesto on the other. Ah Heaven. dinner - Stir fry veggies with tofu and green curry. Very yummy. Thanks everyone for the inspiring ideas and the tempting photos. Keep them coming!
