Guest guest
I hope I didn't accidentlly post this twice. Does anyone know of a vegan cream of mushroom soup that thickens enough to use in a casserole. I am trying to convert some of my favorite non-vegan recipes. Guest guest
For thanksgiving last year, I ended up using the imagine brand " creamy portabello " soup in place of cream of mushroom in the traditional green bean casserole. It worked well, so it might work for you depending on what you are using it for. ~Rachael , " Lisa Bowlby Sheckell " <sing_song_gal wrote: > > -- > Well, I checked that out.
