cream of mushroom??

I hope I didn't accidentlly post this twice. Does anyone know of a

vegan cream of mushroom soup that thickens enough to use in a

casserole. I am trying to convert some of my favorite non-vegan recipes.

--oh gee whiz, i did do it twice, i am so sorry. Might take me a little

time to learn how to navigate this site. I just realized i had the

For thanksgiving last year, I ended up using the imagine

brand " creamy portabello " soup in place of cream of mushroom in the

traditional green bean casserole. It worked well, so it might work

for you depending on what you are using it for.
