I am down to 202! That is 108 lbs off.

 

Today's meals are:

 

breakfast: steel cut oats with 1 Tbsp flax seed, 1/4 cup walnuts and

1/2 container of raspberries; water and herb tea to drink.

 

lunch: oven roasted asparagus, onions, bell peppers, portobello

mushrooms and carrots; broccoli; salad; nectarine; mineral water to

drink.

 

dinner: lemon green beans; 1 cup black beans; oven roasted asparagus,

onions, bell peppers, portobello mushrooms and carrots; mineral water

to drink.

 

snack: 1 cup of cherries; mineral water

wow great job. Are you going by a plan? Weight loss is so hard especially for

those who hate to work out.

I did South Beach for two years and lost a good deal, but then I

plateaued. So, I read Eat to Live and am incorporating as much of that

plan as I can. A little hard to eat as much as he says to eat. But,

I'm eating as much as I can.

 

I like to work out, but it's so hard for me due to disability.
