Today's meals are: breakfast: steel cut oats with 1 Tbsp flax seed, 1/4 cup walnuts and 1/2 container of raspberries; water and herb tea to drink. lunch: oven roasted asparagus, onions, bell peppers, portobello mushrooms and carrots; broccoli; salad; nectarine; mineral water to drink. dinner: lemon green beans; 1 cup black beans; oven roasted asparagus, onions, bell peppers, portobello mushrooms and carrots; mineral water to drink. snack: 1 cup of cherries; mineral water Maryann Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So, I read Eat to Live and am incorporating as much of that plan as I can. A little hard to eat as much as he says to eat. But, I'm eating as much as I can.
