Guest guest
That does indeed sound like a delish recipe! But, as Cindi says, an awful lot of cheese for a slimming diet. We recommend that cheese, if it must be used, is used as a garnish rather than a main ingredient. You say: > My husband and son are cheese hogs. I do prefer only a little myself. Understood However, while we understand that some members have families that are not or cannot be on a low-fat slimming diet (well, yes!!!), the recipes here are for those of us who ARE slimming! What I'm going to do, therefore, is put it into our " OT - NON- Slimming Recipes " folder so that everyone can find it if they are looking for something, well, off-topic. There are others there that might interest you when cooking for your family. And while you're in the RECIPES folders, have a look to see the kinds of things that members here have made and enjoyed! There are some absolutely yummy recipes to tempt you now that you're back to being vegetarian AND trying to lose weight!!! Thanks for writing in!!! Take care Love, Pat
