Guest guest
I will tell you, south beach *could* work. But not for me. I tried it and was sick as a dog and that's back when I was eating meat. I lasted almost a week on it and felt ill as can be every second of it. I prefer weight watchers, they have the core plan where it follows a lot like south beach, only doesn't limit fruit & you get 35 extra points a week to " play " with at eat food that's not on the core list. They also have flex where you eat whatever but have a daily points allowance plus 35 points a week. This is the plan I follow. Anyway South beach can be doable I just found it too restrictive for me. Does anyone follow the plan? what book do you have? Steph ~*~Whitney~*~ Feminism is the radical notion that women are people. Ready for the edge of your seat? Check out tonight's top picks on TV. Guest guest
Thanks Whit! I have heard lots of people also talk about weight watchers but I don't have the money right now to fork out for it. Guest guest
I do WW online and it costs $16.95 a month. You can check out www.dwlz.com for free WW information. I am thinking about doing the meetings soon though then that will cost more, but for now I just weigh in online. I love it and the tools are awesome Steph <mrswalp29 wrote: Thanks Whit!
