Guest guest
Are there any tea drinkers in this group? I am a coffee drinker, but since last week, after my morning cup of coffee, I have switched to drinking tea - the real stuff - during the day. In a nearby town, there is a tiny store called Arya (tea room) that has teas from all around the world. After taking a whiff of many types and styles, I bought 50 grams of six different ones. I've even gotten hubby (y'know the meat 'n potato, black coffee guy) to enjoy tea together. Tea is slimming. Tea is healthy. Who could ask for anything more? ;-) Diane UPstate NY
Guest guest
I only ever drink tea Diane - coffee increases my pain :-( At one point I had 60 different tea caddys all with different teas in them! With moving though I have cut back to three or four favourites! + herbal/fruit tea The Dragon (aka High Priestess Enchanting Evenweave) WIPs/UFOs = Teresa Wentzler, Celtic Summer, exchange 6/10ths done http://dragonstitching.blogspot.com/ http://dragonsteel.multiply.com/
Guest guest
Hi you two! Another teadrinker checking in We no longer drink coffee - and only drink green tea, herbal tea and fruit 'tea' - including rooibos. We go through several pots in a day - of a variety of teas. We're just trying and loving a new-for-us blend of 'moroccan mint' - which uses Chinese green 'gunpowder' tea plus mint. Lovely after dinner. Otherwise, in addition to the usual fruit blends and chamomile, we have earl grey green - sometimes called Earl Green - which has bergamot, ginger 'tea', rooibos chai, green, and a couple of others I can't recall right now. I also keep some black tea in for visitors plus coffee beans in the freezer likewise. Remember, though, don't (as in do not not not) use boiling water for green tea - unlike making black tea - because it makes it bitter Steep the usual three or four minutes. Enjoy!
