Guest guest
Thanks folks! might ask the docs if I can come off them totally! Pain killers are the devils work - does anyone have any ideas for some herbal pain relief (and no I am not thinking about cannabis!) Guest guest
Hi Dragon, I have to say right from the start that I have NOT tried any of these remedies but I thought you might like the links anyway. I'm sure you could do some further research if you are interested in finding out more about any of the products mentioned. Obviously you wouldn't want to take anything without knowing all the details. For instance, I noticed a reference to f*sh oil on the third site. The fourth site refers to the sap of a plant called " Blood of the Dragon " !!!! http://www.thehealthierlife.co.uk/article/2847/herbal-pain-relief.html http://groups.msn.com/FullMoonParadise/herbalpainkillers.msnw http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/82252/herbal_pain_killers.html http://naturalscience.com/ns/news/news27.html I did a Google search for herbal pain killer and these are some of the sites I came up with. I didn't send you all the links, especially the ones which looked like they were doing the 'hard sell'. Cheers, Marie The Dragon <dragonsteeluk wrote: Thanks folks! might ask the docs if I can come off them totally! FWIW some years ago (around 20 - Yikes!) I used a compound which had white willow bark as its primary pain-killing ingredient. It worked very well for me. Can't remember the other active ingredients though - wish I could. Fever Few might (just might) have been in there somewhere and/or Devil's Claw. Be skeptical of that last sentence, since I truly cannot remember which - if either Anyway, it's worth checking out. For anyone over there, I got mine from a healthfood shop in the QVB, Sydney, Australia. Congratulations! That's great progress! I've only lost four pounds so far this year. I'm pleased with that rate for myself, but super impressed with your six! Keep at it!!
