Thanks, Erin. I've made a new folder (about time,

I'd say) for such lists 'Vegetarian and Vegan

Foods' (we already have a few for drinks! LOL)

and have added another link I stumbled across in

another folder along with your link offered

below. I'll sort through and add more from time

to time :)

Love and hugs, Pat

They have it sorted two ways, brand or type.”

They did not list ANY of the vegan “cheese” brands:

Follow Your Heart, Sunergia, Tofutti

No, I guess not :) The list was for _vegetarian_

cheeses - as in dairy cheese, but without the

dead animal stuff - you know? They are still

'cheese' even though they are without rennet.

Vegan 'cheese' is a soy or rice product - not

made from dairy of course or it wouldn't be vegan

- and would probably be listed separately *shrug*

The list is still v. useful for

lacto-vegetarians, I think. As for us vegans,

well :) thank gawd for Tofutti et all, right? And

for those marvellous fakes that we can whip up in

our own kitchens. *yay*

Btw, is there a more complete list of vegan fake

cheez? Or is that it? We only get Tofutti where I

am, and not much of that.

Love and hugs, Pat
