Fuhrman Plan / was Macrobiotic Diet

Hi Karen,

 

Dr Fuhrman's plan is what they call the Beans And Greens diet - with other

things restricted but not all prohibited. I think it works just fine, but you

have to love those greens. It is stricter than Barnard imo, but even more

effective. You can indeed google for his site and if you are interested there's

a wonderful group (oh gosh I hesitate to give you this one - please promise you

won't leave us when you join this other one!) that I belong to and highly

recommend:

They are absolutely grrrrrreat on Fuhrman - very knowledgable, very dedicated.
