Hi,

Should the quinoa be rinsed before making this?

Recipe: Three Grain Pilaf

From what I've read, it's always a good idea to rinse quinoa before use to

remove any pesticides, etc. But I forgot when making this and it was fine. :-)

They also say quinoa can be bitter if not rinsed *shrug* I rinse mine always,

but how thoroughly each time I'd not like to swear to LOL

'Tis not the pesticides, but rather the saponin

that needs rinsing off of quinoa:
