I suppose the following changes could be made: butter-flavoured cooking spray instead of butter, home-made vegan 'feta' with tofu, lemon juice, salt, herbs, etc. (there are various versions), and a flax 'egg'. Anything I left out? Anyway, why not? Anyone game to try????
