I live now in Spain (Madrid) and spend time in London with my children.I cook by myself no prob and sometimes I do not that is the question too much cheese. Some vegetarians eat cheese and some do not. It is a good idea to limit alot of cheese intake when trying to slim down or maintain weight as most cheese if full of fat. Some people dont consider mild and milk products as non vegetarian. They give the example of mother;s milk and say that we sustained with mother's milk and hence it is vegetarian. 3. Some people extend the logic of point 2 above and say that the products or milk also are not non vegetarian, 4. Some people consider egg as a vegetarian as it is a gygote and a chemical reaction and yet not born animal chemical and can be eaten. 5. Some consider that eating even the vegetables grown under the ground like the potato are not to be considered as a vegetarian. SO THE WORLD HAS NO SPECIFIC RULE FOR THE VEGAN/VEGETARIAN/NON VEGETARIAN. IT IS ONE'S WISH. As regards slimming, it is unfortunate that people connect vegetarianism and slimming are synonimous. It is far from truth. You should become a vegetarian if you sincerely feel that eating non vegetarian is cruelty to animals and we have no right to infringe the right of life to them.
