Sweet Tooth has attacked me.  In the last 2 weeks I have gained back 5 lbs.  I

am hoping now that the Watermelon is in season that I can beat the sweet tooth

and start eating that instead.  Also I have been having a big craving for a

Rueben sandwhich.  Are there any veggie version of this?

Thanks a bunch,

Sarah

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fIz0E8qsqeQ & feature=related This is a video of

someone making a vegan rueben but geeeeez he uses too much oil to cook. I am

sure you could lower the oil. I just saw a post on one of the blogs I read about

making a rueben but I can not for the life of me think of which blog. Here is a

link to a recipe as well

Don¹t know how Œslimming¹ this is as there is some oil in the recipe, but

this seitan corned Œbeef¹ Reuben sounds pretty good. I will admit I have

not tried this particular recipe yet but I¹ve tried others on their site ‹

the spicy Italian sausages are wonderful and so easy to make that I use them

a lot! This site is cool because you can watch a video of the recipes being

prepared on the left side, and download the printable recipes on the right

side. You can also to the videos as a podcast in iTunes.

Anyway, at the end of the video for seitan corned Œbeef¹ he demonstrates

using it to make a Reuben sandwich.
