Guest guest Posted June 21, 2008 Report Share Posted June 21, 2008 Yesterday I made my first seitan " meat " and it turned out pretty good if I do say so myself!! :-) The flavor was corned beef and in a sandwich smothered with fat free cole slaw, it really does taste like a deli meat.
