Apologies for misreading your message! It's such a stupid mistake to make, since

I do understand that intolerance and allergies are quite different things - eg.

allergy to dairy or cheese vs lactose intolerance. In both cases the substances

needs to be avoided, but the reasons (medical) are different. (I hope I'm right

about that.) Likewise gluten, anyway

 

And yes it would be very very difficult to eat out  - and even eat at home

without very careful thought and preparation! Good luck to you!!!
