Cooking was never a problem for me, so we 'never looked back', so to speak.. ...but in this ambitious state, I have found only one recipe for Soy Cheese and the consistency yeilded is that of cottage cheese. I am looking to find something to substitute for american, romano, mozzerella, etc.. Does anyone know of any great Soy Cheese recipes?
