Avocados are quite high in calories too.

Hope someone else can help, I just muddle through mostly as a vegan and certainly am not underweight.

Do you have a small appetite? You could try drinking soya milk, and eating biscuits, although they are not too healthy.

Peanut butter & banana sandwiches. Soya milk & Nesquik (unless you're boycotting them). Lager. Chips. Marinated tofu, mushroom & ale pie followed by double chocolate pudding with mocha sauce (just back from Mildred's - yum!). Walkers's plain/beef & onion/prawn cocktail crisps. Flapjacks.

Think of more later but expect you've had loads of other suggestions by now...

Not vegan unless they've changed the recipe recently. Or so I'm told.

Fry's chocolate cremes are - all flavours.

Can't find my vegan shopper but I'm pretty sure the red plain ones are

vegan, can hardly ever find them but in the interests of research I

will hunt tomorrow. And if I'm right I'll get a bit fatter and blame

you lot.

Walkers beef & onion, and prawn cocktail crisps (not chips - chips are potatoes cut into sort-of finger shaped pieces, deep fried in oil, dunno what you'd call them), are vegan - as are lots of bacon flavoured things over here. Dunno why, don't care either just as long as they are!

And peanut butter & banana's a tad healthier than peanut butter & jelly/jam.
