Milk and ADHD  WAS dear Lesley

have you tried mutli grain milk er almond milk? rice milk? oat milk? a lot of

those taste a whole lot better then soy milk..

plus, try the chocolate mutligrain milks..he might like those more

take it slow

does he ask why you don't eat meat anymore??

i know it will be harder with the dh in the house..it would be easier if it was

just you, er he ate veg,..but..you'll do fine

take it slow...

help him along....

kids are smarter then we give em credit fer

 

put it in stances he would relate to

have a pet..make hints about how he feels eating rex...

ya can always get some of those veg kids books er veg friendly videos...

 

 

like i would know..not havin kids and all..but, i guess i do have the heart of a

4 yr old

and brain of a 2 yr old

I agree - but have a fer about the fido thing

don;t want him thinking everytime pucky goes outside someone will

grab him and eat him!

Knowing my son if we take pucky fer a walk, he will tell every

passerby not to eat him LOL

 

then come the nightmares

 

so, good idea relating it, but need a new way

 

going to take him to the zoo soon and will hint around there

 

problem is he is really a picky eater and afraid of the nutrients he

will not get if he doesn;t go fer the alternatives

 

any suggestions welcome!
