For some reason your address is on moderation (maybe you left and re-joined at some point?) - I've gone to to take you off moderation, and for some reason your e-mail isn't appearing in the list. Obviously this makes it physically impossible for me to remove the moderated status until sort it out. I promise it is nothing personal, and as soon as I can I will put you back to normal!!! Sorry about this.
