Guest guest
I bought these very yummy LARGE tortillas at a specialty store this weekend - tomato flavored. It was a splurge, but they looked so good! Today I made a wrap for each of us for lunch with a Morningstar chick patty sliced, lettuce, and blue cheese. I have many more of these beautiful tortillas to use -- what kinds of things do you like in your vegetarian wraps? Thanks, Amanda _______________ Express yourself instantly with MSN Messenger! My all-time favorite, and I can eat these all day, is a couple slices of mozzarella cheese and a lot of tabbouleh. B*B, Jayelle

I also wrap salads a lot. You can also take a plain flour tortilla and brush it with a bit of butter or oil and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and wrap up some sliced apples or peaches and bake till the tortilla is brown and crispy and the fruit hot. Guest guest
My favorite wrap is thin sliced zuccini, carrot, mushroom, alfalfa sprouts, and onions (sauteed in bbq sauce) on a tortilla that's had a layer of miracle whip spread over it.
