Just FYI- Souce of Life has a chewable vitamin that

tastes good, is vegetarian, and is based on whole

foods to be more absorbable. I like it a lot, and so

does my partner, who is generally an unhealthy eater.

He voluntarily takes these vitamins, so they really

rock.

I prefer a chewable for maximum absorption, myself.

SOL also has a liquid.

nature's plus/source of life also has a kids' chewable

(called animal parade) that tastes great. my son

loves them! they have a whole foods base too. they

are all natural and don't contact gelatin, yucky

fillers, or artifical colors and flavors.

i believe it's very important to take a natural

vitamin because they are better absorbed and don't

contain chemicals and carcinagens that counteract the

benefits of taking a supplement.

Hi,

I take SOLGAR EarthSource Multi-Nutrient

which is vegetarian but may not be entirely natural. However it contains

great

quantities of almost everything. I also take a number of Gaia herb extracts -

liquid phyto caps.

Also Kyolic Garlic Formula 102
