Hi Tim; warm welcome to the group. i enjoyed

reading your post and the recipe. i am certain

some people on this list can relate to some of those

food allergies.

i have a question. What vegetables are considered

to be in the nightshade family? Thanks.

Keep posting and sharing your knowledge; i'd love

to read more of your recipes and helpful hints. :)
