We had these with a salad and some veggie " cutlets " . Dilly Mashed Potatoes 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed 2 Tbs. butter or margarine, softened 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup sour cream 3/4 tsp dill weed 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp pepper Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain.
