Guest guest
I just got a pasta maker, and I would like to know how to make different types of pastas, like spinach, sundried tomato, etc. Does anyone have any recipes like this? Guest guest
> I just got a pasta maker, Not that is it funny that you want to make fresh pasta, but this struck my as funny as all the people who I know with a pasta maker, use it in crafting - not cooking! When you do find a recipe - should be " googleable " if there are none tried and true here, my favorite fresh pasta that I have ever eaten was torn, (at a restaurant - so no recipe) so don't feel that it is required to make them into spaghettis or some other shape. BTW If you want to have a veggie dinner party, make your own pasta is a fun experience - but a lot of prep. work. we had diced tomatoes, sliced onions, olices, artichoke hearts, peas, spinach, etc. The pasta was pre-cooked and a marinara sauce was available, but using skillets, we sauteed the veggies of our choice the added pasta and sauce. A lot of fun!
