Seitan - major grey?

Hi Amy,

I have seen many recipes, but none compare to that of my Thai Aunt who passed

away years ago. I want to keep trying, so can you post yours?

It hasn't beent he best here either. Which is a real drag when I have

Thai food, because I LOVE Sticky rice and mango.

What is major grey? - Never heard of it although I am rather familiar

with Earl Grey and grey poupon (though I prefer other teas and

mustards.)

Major Grey is a Mango Chutney:) You can find it in the Indian stores -

it's one of the more popular ones. It is used as a side relish for

curry...
