Of course, the base of any real food pyramid should be chocolate.

When I had my veggie food pyramid posted on my office door, a co-

worker(also a veggie chocolate lover) created a bottom level for mine

which said " chocolate- with every meal " I currently do not eat much

candy but I think both Trader Joes and Whole foods sell the organic

vegan truffles- and TJs is cheaper.

I was at a very elegant catered dinner the other night- I had quite a

complete meal by asking that I get a plate with no fish. There was a

very nice vegetable Napolean, roasted veggies and a baked potato

shell filled with piped mashed white and piped mashed sweet potato-

this was what everyone else had as well plus a sizable piece of fish.

I heard someone else at the table complain about how many veggies

were on their plate(too many- they thought).
