It is homemade though. It has green and red peppers, onion, cabbage, banana peppers(?) and is in a sweet and hot liquid base. I'm not sure of anything else in it. Does anyone have an idea where I might find a recipe for this? It is the best I've ever ate. Thanks in advance. Robin in NC

Guest guest
> > Banana pepper: > http://www.chefsgarden.com/catalog/images/full/banana-peppers.jpg > ===== > > > LOL, yes, thanks. I know what they are and I think that is what is in the chow chow. These are just a bit darker than the yellow banana peppers I'm used to seeing. It could be the liquid they are in. This chow chow is crunchy and not too soft. It's wonderful and I just hope to find a recipe for it. Thanks for your help.
