Since I became a veg, I've been on a low-cal low fat diet to help shed some

pounds, but about once a month I really crave chocolate. I was just wondering

what do some of you do when you have a craving for chocolate? Suggestions on

what to eat and whatnot?

Thanks -

Athena

OOOHH!!

I just found these divine truffles at HEB (localish

grocery chain...all over texas i think!) and they are

amazing. So rich, so creamy, so VEGAN! OMG! VEGAN

CHOCOLATE AT HEB!

I almost had a coranary...

Lucky it's only once a month for you! It's once and

hour for me :D

I read something tonight that said whatever you crave,

you should eat the opposite. So for chocolately, you

should have something sour instead of sweet? Or

crunchy instead of creamy?

I don't know if this actually works, but maybe it's

worth a try.

Never works for me...but I have food issues...If I

don't eat exactly what I crave I binge until I can't

eat anymore. Not the best person to rely on but I know

a lot about eating healthy...just love me some

chocolate. Also been quite chatty tonight but short

tempered...should lay off the net for a bit I think

I usually just eat one piece of very high-quality chocolate. That usually

works well. :)
