re:cornbread mixes without lard

Hello Melissa. Last i checked Krusteaz

brand cornbread mix was safe and didn't

contain any lard. The box is bigger than the

Jiffy mix so i usually just use half when a

recipe calls for Jiffy mix.

Thanks didn't know that...I usually buy the Krusteaz one, I love it,

but I'm going to check the ingredients on it now that I'm thinking

of it!
