Guest guest
My sister turned me on to Emergen-C. I really like the tangerine flavor. It's perfect in the afternoon for a pick-me-up instead of caffeine. Not only does it have a ton of vitamin C, but a variety of vitamin B's as well. My sister drinks it daily and says it has lessened her pre-menopausal symptoms. Perhaps she was having a vitamin or mineral deficiency. Another concoction I've made recently: I love RW Knudsen's spritzers, but they are so expensive. I have found orange tangerine Juicy Juice (100% juice, no fructose corn syrup) and I mix it with seltzer water. I can make it as strong or weak as I'd like. The seltzer water is 79 cents and the juice is under $3. Much better than the $6-$7 a six pack. Guest guest
Thanks for letting me know about this. I'm fighting a sinus thing so I bought a box. The raspberry is really good. Guest guest
Raspberry is my favorite too. I don't need it as often after going macrobiotic but it is nice to have on hand. , Diamond Dog <diamonddog@g...> wrote: > Thanks for letting me know about this. Guest guest
Hi Sue, We have a local grocery store chain here that carries the boxes of the packets, as well as the health food store. But I have not found it in most of our grocery stores. Guest guest
I thought about it... I'm going to look for some Emergen-C at a Vitamin Shoppe today. I have to go there today, anyway, for more vegetarian-capsule ginger root. ===== The *only* place I've ever seen it was the local HFS with the other vitamins. ===== " The cat did not respond.
