I haven't hardly signed into this group for months... and I come back, and there isn't a soul that I even recognize, except for PT. Well, maybe that is good, some of the " nasties " left. (I hope) I was getting tired of fighting, that's why I decided to ignore y'all. I'm cheryll, I live in NE Ohio, not very veg-friendly country. I have been VEG for around 8 years, since I became pregnant with my son, who is now 7 1/2. I just decided to listen to my body, I couldn't stand the smell of meat when I was pregnant. Anyway, I'm probably sort of an 'old' lady as far as some of you are concerned, I will be 50 this year. I am a retired Computer Science person (25 yrs) who is now persuing a Master's in Library Science. I might not post much as school has just started for me again, plus I work at my local library and volunteer at my kid's school. So I am busy! I, too, took a hiatus for quite a few months and am back now. This list has changed and so far I've seen some great recipes and good, helpful dialogue! Yep, I'm Pat in Montreal (now) (previously Pat under the addy of santbrown) and we're freezing our Canuck butts off here this week/month/year. And this is the BEST list as always!!!!
