tried the lentil loaf last night Hi Denise

It's makes quite a bit, doesn't it? I also made sandwiches the next day with

the leftovers and it was good cold.

I think next time I'll make a gravy, too.

I have given the recipe to 3 people at work and my sister has made it twice for

her family since last week. I made it a second time and tossed frozen peas in

it. That was good also..................Donna
