ONE in particular was the Sweet Onion Inn in vermont.. (great place btw..we were there in January.. ) the article included the recipe for the inn's soysage made out of tempeh.. it was delicious... but I can't find THAT ONE month magazine here... I have sep & Nov.. which is why I am thinking it was in the october issue. if anyone has the October Vegetarian Times, I would love if you'd email that recipe to me.. Also, have you checked out their website? I checked when this message was first posted and I couldn't locate it. The closest I came was what I beleive to be the title and author of the article...
