Yummy. i just love those bags of broccoli slaw.

So versatile and you can toss handfuls of it

into many different recipes. i like mixing up

as actual slaw once in a while, too. *lol*

Good stuff. :)

yeah me too, and it is high energy :o) mixed with cabbage is great too. I use

it in stir fries and add some Asian veggies to it too.

Oh, I love that stuff. I also love the Rainbow salad which is the same with

cauliflower in it as well.

 

I fry cabbage, the slaw mix, onions and mushrooms in a little bit of butter,

season with a little garlic, salt and pepper and it is to die for. My Dh says I

can make it every night if I want to. BTW, I use 1/2 a head of cabbage for the 2

of us with leftovers for his lunch :)
