Guest guest
I like spinach. Squash, by the way, is fruit. Vegetables are root, stem, or leaf. Guest guest
Strawberries have seeds on the outside as well, correct? I'm pretty much fond of any veggie that I've tried. I like spinach as well, so long as it's fresh. I don't like that canned goop of slime spinach. Shawn , Jiraph Wirpel <wirpel> wrote: > > I like spinach. > > Squash, by the way, is fruit. " you aren't leaving the table until you eat that " I was never forced to eat anything, and guess what, I even love the lima beans now, when I was a kid I would rather die. Guest guest
I love veggies, convenient since I'm a picky vegetarian and don't like fruit (except apples & squash..hee, hee, thought it was a veg). I suppose if forced to choose favorites I'd go... spinach potato asparagus corn (in summer) cabbage brussel sprouts artichoke carrots & parsnips oh & sugar snaps hmm...hard to pick a real favorite! I was just eating Edamame beans last night, they were yummy!! m

I've never had them in a restaurant, but I make pickled baby carrots all the time by taking a bag of baby carrots and dump them into the leftover pickle juice from a jar of good pickles (I like valasic or claussen dills). Let em sit in your fridge for about a week, then enjoy! Veronica

Guest guest
Brocolli is so flavorful and you can do a lot with it. Onions are probably my favorite vegetables of all time, though. And avocados are my favorite fruit. Usually we think of sweet as fruit and savory as vegetable. Edamame is a bean but tastes more like a vegetable to me. Likewise, I think of lima beans as vegetables, not beans. How about a korm or a tuber? How about a flower? I know a lot of people like to eat fried zucchini flower. What about beans sprouts? Are they little stems? --- Jiraph Wirpel <wirpel wrote: > > > I like spinach. > > Squash, by the way, is fruit. Vegetables are root, > stem, or leaf. Guest guest
You can do it that way too! Could be that baby carrots might be whittled out of big tough ones? V.
