Although we do not celebrate easter in the religious sense, we are

getting together with my dad. I'd like to have it center around food;

but James and I will need to bring something if we want to eat.

What are some of you making? I was thinking maybe a quiche; I like

making quiche with smoked gouda, it makes it taste like it has bacon

in it. And of course, asparagus is finally in season!

asparagus, homemade mac and cheese (mine is the best) stewed tomatoes, baked

apples, pineapple stuffing, and baked beans. all very much to yum about :o)

Hi Denise,

I'm going to make the delicious lentil loaf and I always roast red potatoes and

carrots with rosemary.
