Meatless Chorizo!

I just wanted share a new find. Tofurky (I believe) makes a chorizo

sausage now! Very tasty and a great touch to a chorizo-deprived

paella! I believe I bought them at Safeway.

There's a good one at Whole Foods but the brand name escapes me at the moment.

What is our favorite recipe to use with it? I saute it with onions and par

boiled potatoes and make breakfast burritos.

I eat El Burrito vegan soyrizo either like regular

with eggs, or I put it in with rice and chopped onion

for some yum rice.

I've had Soyrizo brand, but it was too greasy for my taste. How is the

Tofurky stuff? I like their Kielbasa.
