Guest guest
Ugh! That is aweful, and something i never considered! Thankfully i mostly buy the local dairy brands of sour cream, like Tillamook and Umpqua, but i had best start reading those labels on the sour cream. i hate to think about having eaten geletin on accident, but no doubt it has happened~ like when we dine out or i haven't checked labels as carefully as i should have. Oh well... i will do better. Thanks to you all for that heads up! i learn something new here pretty much every day. ~ pt ~ A life of reaction is a life of slavery, intellectually and spiritually.Ê One must fight for a life of action, not reaction. - Rita Mae Brown ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~> , " organic_homestead " < organic_homestead> wrote: > Also, check your Sour Cream labels because the national brands put > gelatin in that, too! > > Denise
Guest guest
Don't buy the low or fat free Tillamook sour cream as that has gelatin in it. Instead, just buy the regular, full flavor. Not sure about the Umpqua brand. Denise , " ~ PT ~ " <patchouli_troll> wrote: > > Ugh! That is aweful, and something i never > considered!
