Ugh! That is aweful, and something i never

considered! Thankfully i mostly buy the local

dairy brands of sour cream, like Tillamook and

Umpqua, but i had best start reading those labels

on the sour cream. i hate to think about having

eaten geletin on accident, but no doubt it has

happened~ like when we dine out or i haven't

checked labels as carefully as i should have. :(

Oh well... i will do better. Thanks to you all for that

heads up! i learn something new here pretty much

every day. :)

Don't buy the low or fat free Tillamook sour cream as that has gelatin

in it. Instead, just buy the regular, full flavor. Not sure about the

Umpqua brand.

Oh good, i don't buy low or fat-free sour cream.

i figure if i am going to eat sour cream, i want

sour CREAM! *lol*

To tell you the truth i am not certain of Umpqua

brand either, but from now on, no matter what

brand i buy, i am checking those labels for geletin.
