She makes this often. Tabbouleh with Acini Di Pepe Pasta 8 oz. acini di pepe pasta cooked according to directions on box 1 cup chopped fresh mint 1 cup chopped fresh parsley 3 cups chopped peeled and seeded tomatoes Dressing -------------- 1 clove minced garlic 3 tblsp lemon juice 1/4 cup oilve oil salt & pepper to taste Mix dressing and combine with pasta and vegetables. Chill and when ready to serve stir again. Adjust lemon juice and olive oil to your liking. " A smile is a curve that sets all things straight.
