Hi Shawn,

I buy fresh lychee fruit and peel and eat. If I have canned I usually put it on

top of Rice Dream frozen ice cream in vanilla. I also put it on top of white

cake or eat it right out of the can. You can also add it to a fruit salad.

It's good on green salad with a poppy seed dressing...get the can opener out

now........ Donna

Susie, how was that lychee fruit? I had a friend recommend to me to

try it (said it had this sweet syrup in the can), but it's been

sitting in my fridge for quite some time. I don't know what to do

with it. It definitely will not be used in any type of bubble tea

though, lol. Not the biggest tapioca fan.

Shawn :)
