Guest guest
Hi Mel, that you for sharing a vegan version, I didn't have any idea how to do that. These cookies are an old family cookie I posted. I use vegetable shortening but I'm going to make them your way now. They are so good, aren't they? Good little tea cookie and I love anything with pineapple in it also...................Donna Melissa Hill <assilembob wrote: Okie: I just made these for a cookie swap I do and I made them vegan (cause that's what I am) Replace shortening with Earth Balance Margarine and use Turnbano sugar in place of regular refined sugar. For the eggs I used applesauce. These cookies are soooooooo good! Thank you for sharing the idea cause I would have never thought of putting pineapple (my fav fruit aside from berries) in a cookie! ~Mel --- GeminiDragon <thelilacflower wrote: > This are very good and look nice served on a > decorated plate.
