Pineapple Cookie (recipe post WAS lacto-ovo, now vegan!!) Hi Mel

Hi Mel, that you for sharing a vegan version, I didn't have any idea how to do

that. These cookies are an old family cookie I posted. I use vegetable

shortening but I'm going to make them your way now. They are so good, aren't

they? Good little tea cookie and I love anything with pineapple in it
