newbie- cajun recipes?

Hiya everyone

 

I'm new here

 

Have been veggie since I was two years old (according to my mother

since I found a lump in a hamburger!!). But I've never beena

particularly 'healthy' vegetarian (I adore cheese)! I eat a lot of pre-

packed veggie meals

 

So I am trying to be a bit more healthy

My fave vegetables are broccolli and mushrooms and I love strong and

spice food

 

I was wondering

 

does anyone have any cajun veggie recipes?

i love spicy food too. i have an excellent recipe for

veggie jambalaya and will try to post that when i get
